Cancellation of a renewal does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for an already completed subscription payment.
Continued access after cancellation will depend on the remaining validity period and the applicable subscription terms.

Duplicate payments and verified failed transactions will be reviewed for appropriate refunds.
Once a digital course or subscription has been activated or accessed, refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with the disclosed refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals where applicable but does not automatically reverse previous payments.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, wherever possible.

We do not guarantee selection, employment, examination qualification or a specific rank.
Individual results depend on preparation, performance, examination conditions and other external factors.
Examination dates, eligibility requirements, syllabus and selection procedures are determined by the respective examination authorities.
Students are responsible for verifying official examination notifications and eligibility requirements.
